How much will I pay for delivery and VAT?
Delivery and VAT are both calculated for you at the checkout so that you can clearly see how much you will pay for all aspects of your purchase.
Are the products I receive, going to be a true likeness of the photos on the website?
Most of our products are naturally sourced and so variations in colour may occur from batch to batch. Some of our products may be photographed when wet and therefore the photos will be more colourful than when these products are dry. However, samples are available to order if you are unsure whether a product is right for you.
I am not sure how much I need to buy?
The gravel calculator is a useful tool which allows you to type in areas and depths and it will calculate how many tonnes you are going to need for your project.
How do I order products in bulk?
If you are looking for a bagged product in bulk there are pallet prices on our website to help make this purchase possible through the checkout. If it is for a loose load then please contact us on email@example.com
What is the weight of the bulk bags?
The bulk bag comes in at 800-850 kilograms for most of our products. If there is a different weight this will usually be disclosed on the product description. A bulk bag is the equivalent of approximately 40 X 20kg bags.
When will I receive my delivery?
We usually deliver within 3-5 days however if you require a special next day delivery then you need to select this option at the checkout and make sure next day deliveries are placed BEFORE 12 NOON to allow us to fit your delivery into our schedules.
Will I receive a valid VAT receipt?
On completing your online order, a full VAT receipt will automatically be emailed to the email address provided. If for any reason you do not receive a receipt, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What size of stone should I order for my driveway?
We would recommend anything from 10mm up to 20mm for a driveway or path. Anything larger than 20mm is clumsy underfoot, while anything smaller than 10 mm is liable to become lodged in car tyres.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Please enter your postcode at the basket stage to get an accurate quote for delivery.
Can I place an order over the phone?

What if I am not available to receive the order?
It is always best if you can personally be there to receive your order and sign for it but if you cannot be there, please arrange for a neighbour or friend to sign for it on your behalf. The delivery driver will usually call you to make sure that they are allowed to leave it in your absence.
What refund do I get if I realise that the products delivered are no longer wanted?
The customer is responsible for shipping the goods back to us. Once the goods have been received, a full refund will be given as long as the goods are received by us in their original condition. Goods must be returned within 7 working days from delivery.
If I am unhappy with my goods can they be returned?
If for some reason, you are not happy with the products received we will fully refund your purchase price.
If your order needs to be returned we ask only a few simple considerations:
• If you are unhappy with your product, please inform the driver before the bulk product is tipped as no refund is applicable after tipping.
• If you are unhappy with products that are in bulk bags or small bags, please inform the delivery driver at the time. A collection fee will apply otherwise.
• Small quantities delivered by courier can be fully refunded. However, the customer is responsible for paying for return postage.
• In the event of any of the product having been used, or the bag/product not being in the same condition as delivered, there is no refund applicable (you cannot use any portion of the product or damage the bag/product).
Can my goods be collected?
Yes, goods can be collected at Tully Quarry, 116 Moorfields Road, Ballymena, BT42 3HJ. You can find us on Google maps or find our location on our ‘contact us’ page.
What if I have to cancel my order?
If you have placed an order online and then cancel prior to delivery for whatever reason, we will gladly refund your purchase minus your card processing fees (5%).
Do you deliver using a crane offload?
Deliveries within our Green, Yellow, Blue, Red or Purple Zones are crane deliveries.
If Pallet delivery is selected at the checkout, it will be a tail lift delivery.
Orders in England, Scotland, Wales or Republic of Ireland are all tail lift deliveries.
Can I request a delivery time?
If you require delivery on a certain date or time please indicate this in the notes section of your order and we will do our best to suit your requirements. However, please note that next day deliveries must be placed before 12 noon.
